The Otis Park Men’s Club is looking for members

The Otis Park Men’s Club has begun the 2024 season. Games are conducted on Thursday afternoon and
Saturday morning. The Thursday game is a handicapped 9-hole team game. The formats for Thursday
are the best ball, red ball, and Ryder Cup match play. All players are handicapped and will always play their own ball. The Men’s Club maintains software that is used to assign and track handicaps and generate teams for the various game formats. Entry into the Thursday game is $10.

The Saturday game is an individual stroke play event. Both gross and net prizes are distributed each
week and are closest to the pin, skins, and longest putt. Entry into the Saturday game is $20.
Anyone can join the Otis Park Men’s Club. The yearly membership dues are $25. The dues are used to
fund a year-long Stableford contest which is based on a player’s top 10 Thursday Stableford scores. Last
year, the Stableford winner received $500, and the second-place winner received $300. This year, it is anticipated that the top three finishers will receive a payout.

The Thursday game is off at 5:00 pm, which will move this to 5:30 sometime in May. The
Saturday game will begin in May. The Men’s Club reserves early tee times for Saturday. Announcements
and tee times for all Men’s Club activities can be found on the Otis Park Men’s Club Facebook page.
