INDIANA- The SkillsUSA Indiana State Leadership and Skills Conference is a must-attend event for employers of all industries looking for Indiana’s future workforce that is passionate, career-minded, aspiring leaders, and skilled individuals in our state. The event is on Friday and Saturday, April 19 & 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM. It is an exciting two-day affair filled with high school and college/post-secondary CTE students learning, networking, and showcasing their talents.

Friday, April 19
- 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Registration
- 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Career exhibits
- 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Advisor meeting
- 1:00 p.m.-2:45 p.m. Opening ceremony
- 3:15 p.m. Boarding buses for off-site competitions
- 3:30 p.m. Buses depart for off-site competition
- 3:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Leadership/TeamWorks contests
Saturday, April 20
- 6 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Concessions open
- 6:45 a.m. Board buses for off-site competition
- 7:00 a.m. Buses depart for off site locations
- 7:45 a.m. Contestants enter contest areas
- 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Competitive events
- 9 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Community service event
- 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Career exhibits
- 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Award ceremony
