BEDFORD- The Bedford Plan Commission met briefly yesterday afternoon in the City Concourse. First on the agenda was a public hearing for Logan Chastain, who is requesting that an acre of land be subdivided off a property located on Eastlake Drive in Bedford. After a fellow citizen voiced his concern over where the property line has been established to do the subdivision, the issue was tabled for a month to allow time for the two parties to meet.
Also being voted on was a minor subdivision by Dan Gerkin of a property on Washington Avenue in Bedford. Mr. Gerkin asked that the land be split into two parcels, which was voted on and approved.
