Seymour police release the identities of those found unresponsive in vehicle

SEYMOUR – The Seymour Police Department has released the names and ages of those after police responded to a call of two unresponsive people found in a vehicle.

The adult 18-year-old Kelli Randon and 16-year-old Pascual Felipe-Miguel are both of Seymour.

According to Lt. C. J. Foster, Seymour Police officers found the two in a vehicle in the 1000 block of Shields Avenue outside the Seymour Country Club on Tuesday, January 16, at approximately 8:18 a.m.

EMS and the Seymour Fire Department responded to the scene.

Lt. Foster says it is believed that carbon monoxide poisoning is a contributing factor.

Radon was transported to the Schneck Medical Center for treatment. Her condition was unavailable.

Felipe-Miguel, who was deceased, was transported to the morgue at Schneck Medical Center, where an autopsy was performed. Those results are pending.

The investigation is ongoing, and investigators are awaiting toxicology results.
