Betty C. Ray, 98, of Sullivan, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 6:55 p.m. at the Waters of Sullivan.
She was born in Vincennes on June 14, 1925, to Mary Jo (Bey) Lydle. Betty married Charles Ray, and he preceded her in death. Betty was a homemaker and member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Bedford.
Survivors include three children, Della Riley of Hymera, Darrell (Sharon) Burnett of Panama City Beach, Florida, Bill (Vickie) Chamberlain of Venice, Florida, six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her mother, husband, and one sister, Patty Robbins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Cresthaven Funeral Home, with Father Jegan Peter officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
