BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police officers arrested 18-year-old Noah Tilford after he allegedly shot three people in Bloomington on Saturday.
Tilford is facing conspiracy to commit murder charges.
Bloomington Police officers responded to an apartment complex in the 2300 block of South Rockport Road around 2:30 a.m.
According to police, a 35-year-old woman was shot once in the upper leg, a 16-year-old girl was shot twice in both legs, and a 15-year-old boy was also shot in the foot.
Police did not clarify if the shooting occurred inside or outside the apartment or if Tilford is related to the victims.
