Gov. Holcomb to chair a joint public meeting of Indiana Economic Development Corp. and Economic Foundation Inc.

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb will chair a joint public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and the Indiana Economic Development Foundation Inc. at 3:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 14, at the NCAA Hall of Champions at 700 West Washington Street in Indianapolis.

The audit and finance, business development, entrepreneurship, and regional economic development committees of the board of directors of the IEDC will also hold public meetings on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the NCAA Hall of Champions. On Thursday, the entrepreneurship committee will hold an executive session at noon, and the business development, audit, finance, and regional economic development committees will hold executive sessions at 12:30 p.m. at the NCAA Hall of Champions. In addition, the board of directors of the IEDC will meet in executive session at 2:30 p.m. at the NCAA Hall of Champions.

These executive sessions will be held for consideration of confidential pending investment requests made to the state of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress), discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, discussion of records containing trade secrets, and confidential application information as provided in Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and (7) and Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-4(a)(4) and (10).
