Bedford Middle School students take part in hands-on learning in science lab

BEDFORD – On Tuesday, Bedford Middle School students utilized the science lab for hands-on learning.

Learning by taking part in hands-on science activities and experiments lets students see what they’ve learned in action and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

This active engagement allows students to cultivate critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. While hands-on learning is often associated with science and art classes, its benefits extend to various subjects.

Hands-on learning has proven more effective at helping students grasp what they’re taught. There’s certainly no shortage of studies that show hands-on learning has a significant impact.
