BEDFORD – A Bedford man was arrested after he attempted to use a device to intentionally falsify the results of his drug screen.
Bedford Police Officers arrested 49-year-old Michael Nikirk on charges of fraud and possession of a device to interfere with a drug/alcohol test.
According to a probable cause affidavit on Thursday, November 2, Bedford Police officers were requested to the Lawrence County Community Corrections Department after they found Nikirk in possession of the deceptive device.
The device was seized and Nikirk was transported to jail.
