SULLIVAN CO. – A man is behind bars after police say he drove intoxicated to the Sullivan County Courthouse for a probation meeting.
According to Sheriff’s deputies, they arrested 37-year-old Dustin Lambert on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of above 0.08 percent.
Police reported Lambert’s blood alcohol content was 0.12%.
