BEDFORD – On Friday, October 19th, the Bedford North Lawrence (BNL) Marching Stars traveled to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis to participate in the Bands of America Super Regionals in Class A.
There the Marching Stars performed their show, “From the Source.” Their musical selections include, “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing” by Robert Robinson and “Salvation is Created” by Pavel Chesnokov.
This was the last time the Marching Stars performed their show, as well as the last performance for 15 seniors as a part of the BNL Marching Stars. Thank you for your time and effort and good luck to the seniors on their future endeavors.
The BNL pep band will perform at selected boys’ and girls’ basketball games.
The Star System Percussion will start up in the winter. The Star System percussion is a group of marchers that use only percussion instruments.
