KNOX CO. – Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Scott County man overnight on charges of sexual battery and child solicitation involving a child under 14.
Police arrested 57-year-old Johnny Hughes of Austin. He is being held in the Knox County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
