GREENE CO. – A Monroe County man suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital after crashing his motorcycle on State Road 231 in Greene County.
The crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department reported that 40-year-old Sean Sargent, of Bloomington, was traveling south on State Road 231 when he lost control of his motorcycle. It slid to a stop near East County Line Road.
Police reported Sargent suffered severe road rash and possible fractures.
