On Saturday, August 19th officers responded to a report of a fight between two females at 3018 Ted Jones Drive.

When police arrived at 9:14 p.m. they spoke to the two females.

One woman was found sitting on the curb with a case of beer. Police say the woman was intoxicated.

The woman said she was at the apartment of a male friend, sitting on the back porch when another woman became verbally aggressive and pushed and punched her but she didn’t want to file charges.

Police found the other female hiding in a bedroom closet. She said she hid because she thought she was wanted on warrants.

Police then learned there was a protective order in place between that woman and Troy Eads and he was arrested.
