MITCHELL – On Monday, July 24, the Mitchell Community School Board will meet in an executive following a public hearing in the Administration Conference Room at 441 North 8th Street in Mitchell.
The agenda for the executive meeting:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (26)
