BEDFORD – A Bedford man was arrested when he was stopped by an Indiana State Police Trooper on Wednesday, June 7 at 10:45 p.m. after a report of a possible intoxicated driver.
The driver was stopped at SandPit and Palestine roads.
Police say 38-year-old Caleb Godsey was intoxicated. He smelled of alcohol and had glassy eyes and poor dexterity. He failed several field sobriety tests. His blood alcohol level was 0.107.
Godsey was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
