Paoli police make Memorial Day weekend arrests

PAOLI – On Saturday, 5/27/23, officers stopped a vehicle that led to the arrest of Christopher Spencer for possession of a large quantity of meth. K9 Riggs was deployed on the vehicle and gave a positive K9 indication which led officers to find approximately 83 pills that were determined to be pressed methamphetamine. Spencer was housed in the Orange County Jail.

On Sunday Morning, 5/28/23, officers responded to the area of Willow Creek Road to assist Deputies in locating a vehicle that had fled from a deputy and driven through a field. An officer located the vehicle and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The pursuit passed the Hospital and then crashed shortly after into a field off Sandyhook Road. Officers began a foot pursuit and took the driver, Gregory Tussey, into custody without issue. He was housed in the Orange County Jail.

On Monday Morning, 5/29/23, officers on routine patrol stopped a vehicle that led to the driver, Keirsten Cook, being arrested for operating while intoxicated with controlled substances, possession of marijuana, and neglect of a dependent.

A state police drug recognition expert was called to the scene and worked the OWI, while officers searched the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana. There were also three small children in the back seat and the driver admitted to smoking marijuana while at Taco Bell approximately 10 minutes before she started driving. An Oral Fluid Drug Screen on the Department SoToxa found the driver tested positive for marijuana, meth, and amphetamines. The driver was housed in the Orange County Jail.
