Gov. Holcomb, INDOT to recognize Community Crossings, grant recipients in Loogootee on Friday

LOOGOOTEE – Governor Eric Holcomb and INDOT Commissioner Mike Smith will recognize local governments awarded state matching funds for local road construction projects through the Community Crossings program.

Gov. Holcomb, Commissioner Smith, Martin County Commissioner Paul George, and state and local officials will be in Loogootee on Friday for check presentations to several Indiana communities receiving grant awards.

The check presentations for 2023-1 Community Crossings matching grant recipients will be held at the Martin County 4-H building at 2668 U.S. 50, in Loogootee, at 1 p.m.

Receiving grants locally include:
