Free bingo games, prizes, and refreshments available at the 2023 Senior Fair THIS Wednesday

BEDFORD – This Wednesday, April 19, the 2023 Senior Fair, presented by Vertical Home Health, will be hosted at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

With free prizes, food, plenty of vendors, and all-day Bingo games, this is one you won’t want to miss!

Bingo begins at 9 a.m. and games will be played until 1 p.m.  Traditional games will be played like diagonal, vertical, and all cover but new games will be also introduced this year, such as church cross, crazy t, and bow tie. 

Winners can select their prize from the prize table which will include: apparel like WBIW retro tee shirts and jackets, home decor like utensil crocks, coasters, Norman Rockwell placemats and so much more!

There will also be over 40 vendors present at booths across the venue for attendees to visit, including:

There will be plenty of free refreshments available at the Senior Fair. In the morning, Magic Morning Bakery doughnuts and cookies, along with coffee and water will be available. At mid-morning, staff will serve freshly popped popcorn, magic morning bakery cookies, apple cider, and water. 

Looking to avoid traffic or potential parking issues? The City of Bedford’s public transportation service may be your best bet.

The Transit Authority of Stone City or TASC bus runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday on a demand response route service, where those who wish to ride can call 812-275-1633 to reserve a pick-up time. At this time, the TASC bus operates as a free service.
