BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, April 20th.
The regular session will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the executive session.
The meetings will take place in the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street in Bedford.
The executive meeting agenda:
- To discuss the strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
- To discuss records classified as confidential by state or federal statute. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
- To train school board members with an outside consultant about the performance of the role of the members as public officials. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(11).
