Terry L. Waggoner, 63, of Bedford passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 7:25 a.m. at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
He was born on June 22, 1959, in Bedford to Carl and Shirley (Parker) Waggoner. Terry married Shawn McDermed on October 24, 1978, in Fayetteville and she survives. Terry worked as a Sawyer at B.G. Hoadley Limestone in Bloomington; he served as a Paramedic for 25 years at Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford. He was a graduate of BNL High School and of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his wife, Shawn Waggoner of Bedford, three sons, Andrew (Kelsey) Waggoner of Seymour, Evett (Sara) Waggoner of Bedford, and Aaron (Sheena) Waggoner of Bedford, and one sister, Carla Payton of Springville, and one brother, Chris (Jamie) Waggoner of Springville, six grandchildren, Terry Waggoner, McKenzie Waggoner, Kaiden Waggoner, Kyson Waggoner, Keaton Waggoner, and Corbin Waggoner, five step-grandchildren, Libby, Easton, Kasen, Lilah, and Juan Sanchez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Terra Waggoner in infancy, and one granddaughter, Tatlin Allen.
Cremation was chosen with a celebration of Terry’s life at a later date.
