2023 ISFA Queen to visit Indiana’s Dogwood Capital for annual parade April 29

ORLEANS – Robert F. Henderson, Exec. Director of Orleans Chamber of Commerce has announced that the newly crowned 2023 Indiana State Festival Association (ISFA) Queen Claire Bishop will be visiting the upcoming 53rd Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival as part of the Dogwood Parade set for Saturday, April 29, 2 p.m.

Bishop, a senior at Greenfield Central High School, is currently serving as the 2023 Miss ISFA Queen. So far in her reign, she has travelled nearly 1,000 miles across the state attending various fairs and festivals.

Claire will graduate this summer and intends on pursuing her education at Purdue University in the fall by studying Brain and Behavioral Sciences. In her free time, Claire enjoys singing, sewing, participating in 4-H, working with her livestock, or volunteering in her community.

“The Dogwood Festival has been a longtime and active member of the ISFA participating in its many activities and we are indeed honored to be able to host this year’s reigning festival queen.” Henderson added.
