State Road 67 restrictions starting on/after April 3 for Phase Four of bridge replacement project near Mooresville

MORGAN CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces restrictions on State Road 67 starting on or after Monday, April 3 for Phase Four of a bridge replacement project near Mooresville.

The right line of S.R. 67 will be restricted between Hendricks County Road and Samuel Moore Parkway. A width limit is also in effect. Expect slow or stopped traffic in the area, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily, through mid-November, weather permitting. 

This contract was awarded to Pontem Contractors, Inc. for $1.8 million. This project involves a bridge replacement project on the bridge over Silon Creek. In Phase Four, crews will be milling the bridge deck, removing and pouring the approaches, patching the bridge deck, placing permanent guardrails and pavement markings. The entire contract is expected to be completed by late November, weather permitting.
