Martin County Sheriff’s Department is looking for James Holt who escaped electronic monitoring

MARTIN CO. – Martin County Sheriff’s Department deputies are looking for 33-year-old James D. Holt.

On Thursday, at approximately 10:27 a.m. Martin County Community Corrections received a GPS Tracking Device tamper alarm from Holt’s ankle monitor.

At approximately 10:48 a.m., Martin County Community Corrections Director, Danielle Murphy, located Holt’s GPS tracking device on County Road 825 East in Montgomery.

Holt was on pretrial release home detention with Community Corrections on meth charges.

James D. Holt is a white male, with black hair, and blue eyes, 6 foot tall, and approximately 160 pounds.

He may be traveling in a green Ford truck or a blue Ford Ranger.
