Judge orders jail sentence for Bedford woman who failed to comply with probation terms 

BEDFORD – A Bedford woman was sentenced Thursday to the Lawrence County Jail by Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline after failing to comply with the terms of her probation.

Jenna Rae Gunderson, 22, of Bedford, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, on April 21, 2022, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. She was originally sentenced to 910 days, with time served, and the remainder of her sentence suspended.

She was ordered to serve 545 days on supervised probation in exchange for her guilty plea. 

However, after failing to comply with the terms and conditions of her probation numerous times Judge Cline sentenced Gunderson to 700 days in the Lawrence County Jail.
