MITCHELL – The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session on Monday, February 13.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room. The executive session will be followed by a regular school board session. That agenda will be released at a later date.
On the executive session agenda:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
