MILLERSBURG -The Orange County Sheriff’s Department says no charges are expected or are pending in connection with the death of a juvenile on Tuesday, January 17 in the area of Lynd Road near Millersburg.
Upon investigation and subsequent interviews, investigators determined the juvenile was in the driveway of a residence and was struck and killed by a motor vehicle backing out of that driveway.
The Washington County Coroner’s office assisted in the investigation.
