BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building 460 W Street.
On the agenda:
1. To discuss the strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
2. To discuss the strategy of purchasing or leasing real property by the Corporation. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
3. To discuss the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(3).
4. To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
5. To discuss records classified as confidential by state or federal statute. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).
6. To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
