Springville Community Academy to begin “Slice the Price” fundraiser in February

SPRINGVILLE – During Thursday’s meeting of the Springville Community Academy board, it was discussed that starting Feb. 13, students at Springville Community Academy will begin selling Slice the Price cards through Domino’s Pizza, which will serve as a fundraiser for the school.

Each card will cost $15, half of which will go directly to SCA. The cards entitle the owner to one free large pizza per large pizza purchased at the full menu price. It can be used for multiple pizzas per order, an example would be that a cardholder could purchase eight large pizzas to receive eight more for free. Additionally, the card can be used an unlimited number of times from the date it’s received through December 31.

The fundraiser will also include prize levels for participating students, based on the number they’re able to sell. There will also be other incentives, including a free card to the parents of each student who can sell 15 cards and a free card for teachers who have at least five students from their class complete sales.
