BEDFORD – Lawrence County Superintendent Brandi Webb reports Lawrence County Bridge 138 carrying East Oolitic Road over Salt Creek is now open.
The bridge was closed in August.
The work consisted of bearing replacement and relocation, the removal of a portion of the bridge deck, hydro demolition, the installment of a new bridge deck overlay, and the replacement of the expansion joints. There will be approximately 100 feet of approach work associated with this project.
