Groundbreaking ceremony for new baseball stadium at Oakland City University

OAKLAND CITY – On Thursday, November 3, from 3:30 p.m. until 4:20 p.m. CT, officials will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the Oakland City University site of Brooks Pinnick Baseball Field on Williams Street, east of Tichenor Athletic Center.

In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Tichenor Athletic Center.

Parking will be available at the Tichenor Athletic Center across from Williams Street on the extreme west side of the Deaconess parking lot.

During this news conference, the ground will be broken on a baseball stadium that will be named in honor of Mathew and Lindsey Konkler.
