  • 1:26 a.m . A caller requested a welfare check on her children who are visiting their father in Wichita. The woman was told to call the Wichita Police Department
  • 2:07 a.m. Citizen dispute in the 40 block of Guthrie Road. A woman reported two people are throwing her things out of the house and getting physical with her. One involved damaged the caller’s vehicle
  • 2:27 a.m. 911 call on State Road 37, south of Parks Implement Road. It was an accidental call
  • 2:30 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a maroon Chevrolet truck traveling south on State Road 37 from the Harrodsburg exit
  • 3:06 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1000 block of South Leatherwood Road
  • 3:37 a.m. 911 call hang up in the 3000 block of Old State Road 37
  • 7:42 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 1000 block of Wesley Chapel Road. It was a false alarm

  • 4:19 p.m. Report of a missing male in the 100 block of Old State Road 54. The caller reported she has not heard from her boyfriend in 24 hours. The male broke his phone and there was no issue

  • 6:14 p.m. Traffic stop at the Marathon station on State Road 37. A written warning was issued for speeding

  • 7:26 p.m. Request for a deer permit for a dead deer at Henderson Creek Road and State Road 446. The caller was told to come to the station for the permit. The caller said to disregard
  • 7:28 p.m. Found property reported in the 1000 block of West Main Street in Mitchell. The caller reported a male dropped a backpack and radio and ran behind his house toward the apartment building. He then ran into the woods and railroad tracks. Police recovered the backpack and radio but were unable to locate the male
  • 7:42 p.m. Child custody issue in the first block of Maple Ridge Road. A male is refusing to bring back a child
  • 8:07 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a maroon or red Ford F150 traveling south on State Road 37 at Trogdon Lane

  • 8:42 p.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported someone was touching her and she felt like she has been drugged
  • 10:13 p.m. Repossession of a vehicle in the 30 block of Pioneer Trails Drive
  • 10:15 p.m. Repossession of a vehicle in the 10 block of Woodlawn Village
  • 10:16 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 2000 block of US 50 East. A ladder was found next to the building near a window. The lights are on and no one should be there. The caller believes someone is in the upstairs office. Police checked the building and found no one inside

  • 3:09 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1250 block of Springville Judah Road. The caller reported someone tried to urinate on her front door. The caller was unable to identify the vehicle the individual left in. Officers made extra patrols in the area

  • 2:40 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 300 block of North 6th Street
  • 2:46 p.m. 911 call in the 800 block of South 2nd Street in Orleans. A woman is trying to hurt herself
  • 2:52 p.m. A person was at the station to report the theft of a trailer and car keys from the 4000 block of Stonington Road. The incident happened in July when the caller was incarcerated
  • 3:18 p.m. Report of a stray skinny dog by the railroad tracks in the 100 block of South 3rd Street in Mitchell
  • 3:19 p.m. Traffic stop at Hancock Avenue and Teke Burton Drive
  • 3:28 p.m. Request for animal control in the 7000 block of Tunnelton Road for a dog that keeps coming onto the caller’s property
  • 3:57 p.m. 911 call at Walmart. The caller reported their backpack was stolen
  • 4:14 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a female slumped over the steering wheel of a green pickup truck parked at Crossroads Church on State Road 37
  • 4:19 p.m. Report of around 30 cattle in the roadway on Armstrong Station Road near the iron bridge

  • 4:38 p.m. Juvenile problem reported at North 6th and Lehigh streets in Mitchell. Police spoke to the three juveniles and told them to stay off the pallets and stop playing with the styrofoam material. Police found nothing damaged
  • 5:28 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a green Chevrolet Avalanch at McDonald’s in Mitchell. A male was detained
  • 5:37 p.m. 911 call in the 300 block of Heltonville Mill Road. It was an accidental call
  • 5:52 p.m. Vehicle fire in the 150 block of Amick Lane. Marshall and Oolitic Volunteer Fire Departments responded

  • 6:14 p.m. Report of a suspicious male in the 100 block of Flora Lane in Mitchell. The male was talking to himself and swinging his arms and may possibly be on drugs
  • 6:19 p.m. Harassment was reported at the Oolitic VFW. The caller reported his ex was harassing and stalking him
  • 6:28 p.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported she “tasted someone’s spit in her mouth and someone put some fecal matter into her mouth”
  • 6:43 p.m. 911 call hang up in the 3000 block of Shawnee Drive South. It was an accidental call
  • 6:52 p.m. Report of a combine on fire in the 2000 block of Yockey Road
  • 6:58 p.m. Threats were reported in the 200 block of East Grissom Avenue 
  •  7:11 p.m. Report of a battery at the Mitchell Public Library. The caller reported a 15-year-old male hit her 15-year-old daughter and is requesting to speak to an officer
  • 7:43 p.m. Report of an injured deer in the roadway in the 10000 block of US 50 West
  • 7:51 p.m. Controlled fire in the 20 block of Shawswick Station Road
  • 8:08 p.m. Report of a fire in the yard in the 20 block of Shawswick Station Road. The caller says the fire is getting out of control and could catch the trees and house on fire
  • 9:32 p.m. Battery reported in the 3000 block of Dixie Highway. The caller reported her boyfriend injured her and stole guns from the home
  • 9:46 p.m. Report of a suspicious male sitting on the edge of the roadway in the 100 block of Shawswick Station Road. Police say the male was just walking to a residence and there was no issue
  • 10:11 p.m. Multiple 911 calls hang up on Oolitic Road. Police found no issue

  • 8:43 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a gray Ford Escape at State Road 37 and West Main Street. The caller reported the vehicle was parked at the Shell station
  • 9:06 a.m. 911 call in the 900 block of Reuter Lane in Springville. It was an accidental call
  • 9:48 a.m. Reporting a domestic fight and a male wanting to speak to an officer in the 1400 block of Spice Valley Road
  • 9:56 a.m. Report of a disabled vehicle on State Road 37 at the river bridge
  • 10:20 a.m. Request for animal control in the 900 block of US 50 East. He reported dogs are running loose and coming onto his property and killing his cats
  • 10:30 a.m. Request for a welfare check in the 111000 block of US 50 West
  • 11:07 a.m. 911 call on Valley Mission Road at the lake. The truck is over the guardrail and went into the lake and someone is yelling for help. The caller reported the vehicle is not sinking and one male is trapped in the vehicle.
