Bloomington Parks and Recreation to host fall fun October events

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Parks and Recreation is thrilled to host fun fall festivities for all ages this October.

Here is a list of events you can attend:

Howl at the Moon: will be held at Switchyard Park, at 1601 South Rogers Street on Friday, October 7 from 7:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. All dog owners and animal lovers are invited to this glow-in-the-dark dog walk. The event is FREE to attend.

Trick or Treat Trail will be held at RCA Community Park, at 1400 West RCA Park Drive on Saturday, October 8 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is $5 per child. One adult is admitted free with a paid child’s admission. Admission for each additional adult is $2.

The Festival of Ghost Stories will be held at Bryan Park at 1001 South Henderson Street on Friday, October 28 from 7-8:30 p.m. The event is free to attend.

Skate and Scare will be held at Frank Southern Ice Arena, at 2100 South Henderson Street on Saturday, October 29 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Admission is $6 per person plus $3 for skate rental.
