JUDAH – A Bedford teen was arrested on a warrant after Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies received a report on Tuesday, August 3rd at 4:44 p.m. about an employee at the Dollar General Store stealing items from the store on Hillcrest Way.
The regional protection manager for Dollar General reported that 19-year-old Felicity Agan was processing fraudulent returns to keep the cash. There were a total of 19 fraudulent returns with Agan pocketing the money. She also had been stealing merchandise from the store. Investigators say in total Agan had stolen $1,142.95.
Agan admitted to the crimes in both a video and written statement. Agan was fired and the information was forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office and a warrant was issued for Agan’s arrest.
