  • 9:55 a.m. Kia Cox, 28, Bedford, possession of meth, neglect of a dependant, possession of a controlled substance
  • 10:30 a.m. Nathan Padget, 31, Bedford, wanted on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear
  • 11:55 a.m. Brandon Reynolds, 34, Heltonville, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear

Incidents – September 2

  • 12:15 a.m. An information report was taken in the 230 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported she feels like she had been drugged
  • 1:27 a.m. Officers made extra patrols on Vista Drive
  • 2:25 a.m. Theft of copper wire reported in the 2440 block of Mill Creek Road. An officer attempted to stop the vehicle at Rabbitsville Road and Doc Hamilton Boulevard but the driver didn’t stop. The gray F-150 with a camper shell then turned north on Meridian Road, then east on Mill Creek Road, and was approaching Lawrenceport. The driver then turned north on Lawrenceport Road and entered Fort Ritner. Stop sticks were set up at Jasper McKeaigg Road. The vehicle was reaching 90 miles per hour. Seymour Police officer located the vehicle traveling north on Sparksville Pike Road and Jackson County officers joined the pursuit. Indiana State Police and Washington County Sheriff’s Department deputies joined the pursuit. The vehicle was stopped in Austin, Indiana. No copper wire was found in the vehicle. The wrong vehicle was stopped.
