Bedford Housing Authority updates grievance and appeals policy for residents

BEDFORD – During the Bedford Housing Authority meeting on Thursday, Housing Director Bobbi Ames shared an addition to the Grievance and Appeals policy for tenants.

The purpose of this policy is to inform tenants who are denied residency at the properties operated by the housing authority of their right to request a hearing that will determine if the decision was correct or inaccurate in denying their application.
