Wind Chill Advisory for Central Indiana

INDIANA – The National Weather Service says that bitterly cold weather is spreading through central Indiana. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. with north winds causing a wind chill of -15 to -20 below zero in some areas.

In the southern counties wind chills of -10 below zero are possible.

If you must be outside this morning, you should dress in layers and cover your exposed skin, according to forecasters.
