INDIANA – Rollout 3 of Project NextDOR is set to launch on September 7. This is what customers can expect next week as part of rollout implementation.
Phone System and Customer Service Interruptions
As DOR prepares for launch, data and system conversion will result in some temporary phone system outages and customer service interruptions on the following dates:
Thursday, September 2
In-person customer service for individual tax customers at Indiana Government Center North and our 11 district offices will be limited to document pick-up and drop-off only. In-person service for business tax customers will not be affected.
Thursday, September 2, and Friday, September 3
All phone services will be offline and unavailable at DOR’s Indiana Government Center North and district offices.
Friday, September 3
In-person customer service at the Indiana Government Center North and all 11 district offices will be closed to the public.
Monday, September 6
All state offices will be closed for Labor Day.
Online Systems Outages
DOR’s online systems will be temporarily unavailable on the dates and times below:
- DOR’s internal tax processing software, ITS, will be unavailable from Thursday, September 2 at 5:30 p.m. EST to Tuesday, September 7 at 7 a.m. EST.
- DOR’s online e-services portal, INTIME, will be unavailable from Thursday, September 2 at 5:30 p.m. EST to Tuesday, September 7 at 8 a.m. EST.
- DORPay and INtax will be unavailable from Tuesday, August 31 at 4 p.m. EST to Saturday, September 4 at 11 a.m. EST.
- INtax Pay will be unavailable from Tuesday, August 31 at 4 p.m. EST to Tuesday, September 7 at 7 a.m. EST.
- Stop ID Theft, DOR’s identity verification website, will be unavailable from Tuesday, August 31 at 7 p.m. EST to Tuesday, September 7 at 8 a.m. EST.
- DOR’s Sheriff Portal and Info Portal will be unavailable from Thursday, September 2 at 5:30 p.m. EST to Tuesday, September 7 at 8 a.m. EST.
Resumption of Services
All online systems, phone, and in-person customer service will resume at 8 a.m. EST on Tuesday, September 7.
