GREENE CO. – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident Thursday night.
According to a Greene County Sheriff’s Department report, 43-year-old Budd Mackshane, of Sullivan was traveling east on East State Road 54 and appears to have crossed the centerline striking a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze driven by 21-year-old Stacey Knight, of Bloomington.
Both Mackshan and Knight were transported by Greene County ambulance to IU Health Hospital Bloomington.
East State Road 54 and Ridgeport Lane were closed while Greene County Sheriff’s Department deputies investigated the ambulance.
The accident remains under investigation.
