VIGO CO. – A man accused of raping and injuring a woman in Vigo County has been arrested in Florida and will be extradited back to Indiana.
Police arrested 33-year-old Gustav Ryburn who is accused of sexually assaulting and severely battering a woman in 2008 in the woman’s apartment on West Saint Claire Street in Vincennes.
Police say new digital technology was used to help track Ryburn down.
Ryburn faces felony charges of rape, battery, strangulation and burglary.
