Arrests – May 3

12:50 p.m. Robert Collins, 32, Bloomington, domestic battery resulting in injury to a person less than 14 years old, two counts of criminal confinement, and two counts of strangulation, and two counts of domestic battery. He was also wanted on a warrant for a probation violation on a charge of burglary, operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment in Monroe County.
