Constance “Connie” E. Snapp, 76, of Bedford, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021, in Bedford.
She was born December 22, 1944, in San Antonio, Texas to Dr. Donald and Jane (Hermann) Kerr. She married Dr. Ray Snapp on July 8, 1967, and he survives.
Connie was a graduate of Bedford High School, class of 1962, and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Butler University. She was a histologist for Dunn Memorial Hospital and Bedford Medical Center. She was a former board member of the White River Humane Society.
She would like to be remembered as being kind and respectful to all animals, including humans.
Surviving to cherish Connie’s memory are her husband, Ray of Bedford; one sister, Kathy Kerr Birge; nieces, Emily and Annie Birge and Erin Snapp Lish; one nephew, Ryan Snapp; her dog, Penny; and six cats.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Susan Kerr.
Private family services will be held at Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation for Connie will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2021, at the
Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes.
