(UNDATED) – Starting on Friday 50 Walmart and nine Sam’s Club pharmacies in Indiana will begin administering COVID-19 vaccines through the U.S. Federal Retail Pharmacy Program.

Eligibility will still be dependent on state health guidelines for who can get the vaccine. Indiana residents 65 and older were eligible, along with some other health care and first responder groups.

Stores locally  administering the vaccine:

  • Bloomington Walmart at 3313 West State Road 45
  • Bloomington Sam’s Club at 3205 West State Road 45
