Bedford Plan Commission To Meet Tuesday On Proposed Subdivisions

( BEDFORD) – The Bedford Plan Commission will be meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday at City Concourse 1402 H Street on two proposed subdivisions.

The public hearing will be held on Charles Hensley’s proposal for a minor subdivision at 1809 12th Street, which sits behind the former R Street Grocery location. Hensley is wanting to build two 30X32 duplexes on the lot. If approved he will use the parking lot of former R Street grocery for parking.

The board will also hold a preliminary hearing for R & B Property Development. Travis Norman is requesting a minor subdivision at 3315 5th Street to separate 4.27 acres into three lots. The property is located by the Re/Max Building on 5th Street.
