(MONDAY) – The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Monday, February 8 immediately following the school board meeting.
Both the school board meeting and the executive session will be held in the MCS Administration Conference Room.
The agenda for the executive session:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (26)
