(BEDFORD) – The Bedford Planning Department has released its monthly report for the month of December 2020.
A total of 16 permits were issued for the month:
- Certificate of Occupancy – 1
- Commercial Building with Inspection – 2
- Demolition – 1
- New Public Building – 1
- New Residential Inspection – 5
- New Residential Without Inspection – 3
- Signs – 2
Autumn Trace 2910 Evergreen Drive in Bedford is now open following its Certificate of Occupancy that was approved last month. A new commercial building is being constructed located at 2221 John Williams Blvd. Burch/Harvest Health Properties the construction of a $620,000 facility is underway.
A new duplex located at 1423 and 1425 24th is underway, the duplex has a construction cost of $200,000 owned by Carey Deckard.
