Donald Eugene Lawrence, 55, of Bedford, passed away unexpectedly
on Monday, December 28, 2020, in his home.
Born on December 9, 1965, he worked as a dedicated employee at Contech
Engineering Solutions for more than 24 years.
Donald is survived by his parents; Darwin Lawrence, Judith (maiden name)
Jewell and husband, Leon; his children, Cyrus Cookson, Cary Cookson, Chelsa Wilson, Codi Lawrence, Jaimi Kimmel, husband John, Mikaela Terry and husband, Dustin. Siblings Michael Lawrence and Christina (Lawrence) Singh; Donald’s grandchildren include John Jr. Kimmel, Jaydon Kimmel, Jayson Kimmel.
Donald was a man with a big heart, devoted to family, and extremely excited about welcoming his newest grandson, Daylen Terry. He was a loving son, father, and friend to anyone that met him. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten to those whose lives he touched.
Private services are pending via his immediate family and will be announced in accordance with COVID-19 regulations and precautions as outlined through the Indiana Health Department CDC.
Cresthaven Funeral Home was entrusted with his care.
