Mitchell Community Schools To Meet In Executive Session

(MITCHELL) – The Mitchell Community School Corporation will meet in Executive Session on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Community Schools Adminstration Building conference room.

The agenda includes the following:

1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction  as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6) 

2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana  Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9) 

3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1  (2b) 

4. Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5 6.1
