(CARLISLE) – Indiana State Police arrested a Carlisle woman on a felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 16.
A warrant was issued Friday for the arrest of 33-year-old Heather Cottom
State Police began their investigation into allegations against Cottom September 9 after receiving information from the Sullivan County Department of Child Services. After reviewing the investigation, Sullivan County Prosecutor Ann Mischler asked for a warrant to be issued for Cottom’s arrest.
