(BLOOMINGTON) – The Monroe County Community School Board of Trustees has initiated their search for a new superintendent.
Superintendent Judy Demuth who was hired in 2011, planned to retire June 30, 2020. She postponed her retirement to help the district navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
To assist in the process they have hired the services of B.W.P & Associates, a national search firm that specializes in assisting school boards in this process.
The Board of Trustees is seeking community input through two methods.
First, the community is invited to complete an online survey.
Second, on the evening of October 6th from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. B.W.P & Associates will host a public meeting. The meeting will be held virtually. Registration is required.
